BPMN Process Tool

Runs only in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers.

Draw a BPMN 2.0 process, save it as a .bpmn file, export it as an image for your documentation, or generate a prompt you can paste into your own AI chat.

This tool needs a larger screen. Drawing a process works on a tablet or a computer. On a phone the canvas is too small to use.

Your diagram is saved in this browser as you work. Use the palette on the left to add events, tasks and gateways. Click an element to connect it, and double-click to name it.

About this tool

The editor is bpmn-js, an open source BPMN 2.0 modeler. Files you save open in other BPMN tools, and BPMN files from other tools open here.

The prompt describes your process in plain English: the steps in the order they run, decisions and their conditions, roles from the lanes, events, data and notes. It also lists gaps in the model, such as branches without a label. Paste it into the AI chat you already use. The tool does not call any AI itself.

Share link copies a link with the whole diagram packed into it, after the #. Browsers never send that part to a server, so the process is not stored anywhere but in the link.

Exports: .bpmn is BPMN 2.0 XML. SVG and PNG are images for documents and wikis. PDF opens the print dialog, where you can choose Save as PDF.
